Recently, there has been a surge in fraudulent companies that use stolen names and legal information. In this Turf Capital Private LTD review, we will examine one of these pseudo-firms that hide behind someone else’s brand. If you are interested in learning more about the negative aspects of this broker, stay with us.
The official website of Turf Capital Private LTD does not present anything high-quality or professional. We expected to see something unique and fresh, but instead, we found yet another template-based brokerage site, similar to those used by many scam firms.
It features a standard top menu with basic information about the broker, trading conditions, the platform, additional services, and some legal documents. On the right, there is a language switch button, which only supports Russian and Spanish, in addition to English. Further to the right, there are login and registration buttons. The homepage consists of a dull list of so-called advantages and nothing more. There is not even a risk warning or legal information in the footer.
There is very little useful information for traders. Turf Capital Private LTD conceals crucial details such as licenses, business model, and even its founding date. The trading conditions are also vaguely described, but we will analyze them in more detail later. In short, this is just another generic, suspicious forex broker website that raises a lot of red flags.
Turf Capital Private LTD provides two email addresses for contact — one for customer support and another for general inquiries. Additionally, the company lists two phone numbers and even an office address in Singapore. We will verify the address later, but for now, let’s check the emails. Surprisingly, they turned out to be real. Usually, such companies provide fake contact details.
However, there are still significant drawbacks. For example, there is no live chat. This is one of the most convenient and efficient ways to communicate with a broker’s representatives, but this option is simply missing. Moreover, the firm has no social media accounts, which is unusual for an online broker that claims to be serious and focused on long-term operations.
To start trading with Turf Capital Private LTD, users must first register an account, but there is a problem — the company requires a promo code. Without it, registration is impossible. This is a suspicious and dishonest practice commonly used by fraudulent brokers.
The minimum deposit is relatively low at €100, but this only applies to the first-tier plan, which is mostly designed for beginners. However, it offers very few additional features — only access to news and a five-day trial period of trading with an expert. However, what can a beginner realistically achieve in just five days? Nothing substantial — at least a month would be needed. The other account tiers at Turf Capital Private LTD demand exorbitant deposits:
The main “feature” of these accounts is the inclusion of additional services. Essentially, the broker tries to extract as much money as possible from clients by promising better service. These extra perks include CME reports, webinars, copy trading, and even IPO access. However, offering IPO access requires serious licenses, which Turf Capital Private LTD is unlikely to have.
Unsurprisingly, commissions and spreads are not disclosed — a classic red flag of a fraudulent broker. Another alarming sign is the huge leverage of 1:500. Such high leverage is banned by all major financial regulators, yet this firm allows clients to take such extreme risks. This clearly indicates that Turf Capital Private LTD is unregulated, but we will examine this aspect further.
There were already strong indications that the company operates illegally, such as its template-based website, hidden fees, and extreme leverage. Now it is time to thoroughly verify all the data provided by the company and identify additional red flags. Only after that can we draw a final conclusion.
The website lists Singapore as the company’s location. Alright, let’s try to find the broker in Singapore’s official registries. The first step is to check the MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore), since every brokerage firm operating legally must obtain a license from this financial regulator. According to the search results, Turf Capital Private LTD does have a license from MAS. However, there is something crucial to note — the type of activity listed is Fund Management, which is not a brokerage service. Additionally, the phone number in the MAS registry is completely different from the one on the company’s website.
Looking at Singapore’s legal registry, the firm was officially registered in 2014. But when did the subject of our review actually start operating? To determine this, we checked the domain registration date of turfcapprivate.com. As shown in the Whois screenshot, the website was launched on December 24, 2024. This reveals the true operational timeframe of the platform.
Based on this information, we can draw a clear conclusion: the legitimately registered company in Singapore has no connection to the fake Turf Capital Private LTD operating through turfcapprivate.com. Scammers simply found a real company, stole its name and legal address, and used this information to mislead potential clients into believing they are dealing with a large and reputable broker — but this is completely false. This is a common fraud tactic that has been increasingly used in the brokerage industry.
This company began its illegal activities at the end of 2024. Since very little time has passed since its launch, there are few reviews online. However, be cautious, because Turf Capital Private LTD could soon start flooding the internet with fake positive reviews. Scam brokers frequently use this strategy to lure in inexperienced traders.
Turf Capital Private LTD is a blatant scam, disguising its fraudulent activities under the facade of a legitimate brokerage. It has no license and is unlikely to be registered as a legal entity at all. If you do not want to lose your money, avoid this broker at all costs. It is always better to trade with verified and licensed companies.
Helen always knew that her passion for journalism was more than just a hobby. It was a potential career. She began her professional journey at a local newspaper in the small town where she was born. Writing on a variety of topics, from local news to financial reviews, her persistence and investigative talent soon caught the attention of editors at larger publications. We are thrilled that Helen accepted our offer and now writes for fincapital-reviews. Her exposés always create a buzz. Sometimes, we think Helen could easily open her own detective agency.
They stole my money. Do not believe Turf Capital, they will only steal all your money .They are frauds
Company is a scam, take your money, force a “bonus” onto you and then you have to repay the “bonus” before you can withdraw money. Customer service doesn’t respond. There is ni bonus anywhere in the T&C, no card transactions, only cryptocurrency. All the red flags
My experience with this company was very negative. The employees of this company are well trained, they use various tools of psychological influence, in order to convince a person to transfer them as much money as possible. They are very kind, they ask questions to understand your financial situation. The person who registered me, at the end of the conversation, saying goodbye, as if by chance asked if I had 10,000 euros. In the beginning, they help you, but in the process of work, all sorts of technical errors begin, as if through your fault, either you entered something wrong, or suddenly because of bad internet. And in the end, in order to withdraw my funds, I was offered to open about fifty transactions, without stopping, and it seems like the first two they help you open, and then the employee needs to go somewhere and you are alone again and again bad internet. And they demand money from you again, intimidate you with courts, fines and a blacklist.
It’s a fraud. They keep asking you to add more money, and it looks like they do work, but at the end you won’t be able to withdraw all your investment. I decided to withdraw all money and I wasn’t able yo do it. The company didn’t give a permission on withdrawals.
I know someone who lost money in a similar scheme. As far as I can tell, Turf Capital Private LTD is just another scam project run by fraudsters. They operate dozens of similar websites, so remember how this one looks and how the scam works: this knowledge will help you avoid obvious frauds in the future. I almost fell for it myself, but in the end, it turned out to be nothing more than a complete fake.
