Today, the number of chargeback services promising to help recover funds stolen by scammers is almost as high as the number of scammers themselves. However, fewer than 10% of these services can genuinely resolve issues. The rest are just as fraudulent as the services from which users have already “donated” their money. Our Fusion Forensics Limited review discusses another company that deceives clients who have been victims of scammers. More detailed information about this project is provided below.
The official website of Fusion Forensics Limited is not the best example of a chargeback service web resource we’ve encountered. It’s not about the design, which is actually quite fine since it was created using Elementor. In fact, the URLs of the pages that are still unfinished display as preview modes of the builder.
However, the content on the service’s pages is much worse. The site claims that:
And do you think Fusion Forensics Limited provides any evidence to back these claims? Yes, you guessed it: none at all. It feels like we’ve stumbled upon a site solely designed for promoting the service with the singular goal of getting potential clients to fill out a form and hit the Send button. Real information seems to be entirely unnecessary for this purpose.
It seems excessive to have almost a dozen pages just as a container for a single button. There’s no trust to be placed in the company’s obviously promotional statements.
The only page with useful information about Fusion Forensics Limited lists the company’s contacts. Here, the service has provided:
The site also has a live chat feature, and it even states that operators are online. However, it seems they are very busy with other clients because we never received a response after waiting 6 hours.
There are also other questions about the contact details:
However, if we are talking about a scam project, this is not surprising. This approach fits perfectly with the methods used by fraudulently created platforms.
Honestly, would you agree to work with a company under unknown conditions? Yet, Fusion Forensics Limited expects you to immediately order a consultation and refund services just by reading their promotional materials. They seem to believe that the conditions of service are of no concern to you.
Clearly, the service is so confident in the attractiveness of its offers that it didn’t bother to publish:
Moreover, the service’s specialists haven’t even bothered to include official documents such as Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It’s hard to believe that a company long established in the industry doesn’t know these rules and is willing to ignore applicable laws.
In essence, Fusion Forensics Limited does not provide potential clients with even the minimal necessary information. Can such a company be trusted with matters of recovering stolen funds?
From our perspective, the answer is clear — no. Without clearly defined rights and obligations, cooperation could turn into endless demands to cover service costs. The company could potentially do nothing for the client’s benefit while thriving on the payments it receives from them.
We have more than enough doubts about the honesty of this chargeback service. However, a final evaluation of the company’s trustworthiness can be made by analyzing its official data.
According to the service’s information, the company is officially registered at an address in the UK. The footer of the pages even includes the company’s registration number. Checking such details on the Companies House website is straightforward.
Indeed, there is a company named Fusion Forensics Limited in the Companies House database. It has been registered since 2003 and remains active. Moreover, the registration address listed on the website matches the one provided by Companies House.
However, in our opinion, the real company has no connection to the chargeback service we are reviewing:
Additionally, there are a few minor details. For example, the company’s assets barely exceed £23,000, while its liabilities amount to £65,000. This situation has persisted since 2017-2018. This is for a company that claims to have returned over $100 million to clients in the first half of 2020 alone. It seems the service operates as a true altruist, receiving not a penny from the returned funds.
Furthermore, the real company has its own website at fusionforensics.com, an X (Twitter) channel, and a Facebook page. However, as we mentioned earlier, our service has no social media presence.
Another piece of evidence is the Whois data. According to it, the domain fusionforensics.tech was only registered in January 2024.
Can we believe the impressive tale of $100 million in returns? Can we trust this service at all? We believe the answer is quite clear — absolutely not.
Thus, we are dealing with a pseudo-company that has found a suitable firm’s data in the database and uses its name to cover its fraudulent activities. Instead of helping with fund recovery, its clients will most likely incur additional losses.
Another proof of fraud by Fusion Forensics Limited is the complete absence of reviews about its operations online. Do you really think that a successful chargeback service wouldn’t receive comments from satisfied clients? Or that those who didn’t receive help wouldn’t write a few angry posts? However, we couldn’t find either.
What does this indicate? That this company is unknown, has appeared very recently, and has not yet caused significant harm to potential clients. We hope that, after our publication, this will not happen.
In our Fusion Forensics Limited review, we have demonstrated that the company posing as a successful chargeback service is a scam created by fraudsters to steal money from users who have already been deceived by other scams. It uses the registration details of a real company and does not publish any cooperation terms. All information on its official site is fake. Are you still considering seeking their help for a refund? We wouldn’t, to keep your remaining funds safe.
Do not use Fusion Forensics Limited; they will not return your money and will only extract more. These are scammers prepared to take the last of what victims of fraud have left. Don’t repeat my mistakes.
